bodies. Industrial conflict and redundancy proceedings.
Salaries: Analysis of the most
appropriate system of remuneration according to the requirements
of the business, and the implementation of incentive schemes. Handling
of pay slips, Social Security payment sheets and deduction of Personal
Income Tax at source.
Dealing with the employment authorities:
Legal advice in general and dealings with the various authorities,
in particular the Employment Inspectorate, Social Security Inspectorate,
Directorate-General of Labour Relations, Social Security offices
and the Department of Employment.
